Customer Care Specialist
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Shift: Flexibility to work shifts between 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday, and 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional manner and providing fast, accurate, and friendly service to all customer inquiries. This role handles customer concerns while ensuring all customer needs are met, with a strong focus on one-call resolution through excellent service.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide information and guidance to rental car customers using a positive, empathetic, and professional approach
- Utilize appropriate tools and resources to deliver complete and accurate resolutions, focusing on one-call resolution
- Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to services
- Demonstrate effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Meet performance goals related to efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Drug and Background screening
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications, including Microsoft Office
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
