Human Resource Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing HRIS data, recruiting, and employee service.

• Post employment opportunities on the company website and external vendor portals.
• Review HRIS for new applicants and support applicants and employee questions.
• Maintain and update HRIS documentation, backup, and retention files.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose, and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Manage departmental supplies, purchase orders, reconcile monthly credit statements, and handle mail.
• Work flexible schedule outside normal business hours, including evenings and short‑notice changes.
• Represent the organization at job fairs to support recruitment efforts.
• Handle lobby traffic, inbound calls, and adjust quickly to changing environment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Oversee and coordinate the Travel Reduction Program and monthly drawings in accordance with Maricopa County directives.
• Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality per policy guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
