We are seeking a master electrician licensed in Virginia to join our team. Provides technical guidance, oversees installations, and ensures compliance with all electrical codes and project specifications.
Job Responsibilities- Identify constructability issues and provide solutions
- Provide technical guidance on construction methods, sequencing, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Virginia
- 10+ years of experience in industrial electrical work, including power distribution and instrumentation
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- OSHA 10
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand direction from supervisor and welder.
- Utilize basic math and calculator, read tape measure and understand operation and usage of volt meter/multimeter.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment and work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments.
- Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements.
