This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Sumter, SC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences, working to achieve individual and team sales goals, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and staying informed about the inventory and latest automotive trends.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Sales experience or knowledge of the automotive industry is beneficial
• Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Basic computer skills for managing sales records and tracking customer interactions
• Valid driver’s license; must meet dealership and state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
