Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Harbor Freight Tools

The anticipated rate is $15.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Eligible Associates may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term disability, and enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays) and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year.

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is required.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist safely, and climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
