Janitorial Custodian

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking experienced, dedicated professionals for an immediate Part-Time Janitorial openings for our manufacturing facility located in Manning, SC. 1st and 2nd shift available. Pay $17.00 per hour. 20-30 hours per week.

• Performs several daily cleanup projects simultaneously without direct supervision. This includes general cleaning and overall maintenance of facilities (rooms, floors, cafeteria, bathrooms etc.)
• Follows a cleaning schedule developed by the facilities manager daily.
• Identifies and reports damaged spaces, spills, or other conditions which need attention to facilities or EHS team members.
• Maintain supply levels for restrooms and cleaning supplies.
• Delivers and inventories a variety of items for distribution (supplies, cleaning agents, toilet paper, towels etc.).
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and others as needed.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
• Demonstrates helpful and courteous behavior to employees and the public when interacting.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

• Professionalism and a positive attitude are of utmost importance.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is required.
