Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Collection Manager to support United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) ISR operations within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Collection Manager serves as the Functional Expert for ISR collection and operations, providing direct support to USAFCENT A2 leadership and USCENTCOM-directed planning efforts.
This position delivers operational-level collection management expertise focused on adversary Surface-to-Surface Missile (SSM) capabilities and other priority intelligence requirements. The Collection Manager enables integrated, multi-intelligence ISR capabilities to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence is available to combatant commanders, planners, and operational decision-makers.
The Collection Manager integrates USAFCENT priorities with national and theater collection entities, ensuring intelligence requirements are translated into executable collection taskings, properly synchronized, and aligned with USAFCENT operational objectives and F2T (Find, Fix, Target) development efforts.
Duties / Responsibilities- Serve as the Functional Expert on ISR collection and operations within the USAFCENT AOR, supporting USCENTCOM-directed planning efforts focused on adversary SSM capabilities.
- Provide and enable integrated ISR capabilities to collect, process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) accurate and timely multi-intelligence reporting in support of USAFCENT operational requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence collection across IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and other applicable disciplines.
- Identify intelligence collection gaps, recommend corrective actions, and develop alternative collection strategies to mitigate operational risk.
- Review and validate collection requirements, translate information needs into executable taskings, and direct requirements to appropriate national or theater collection assets.
- Coordinate with USAFCENT and USCENTCOM stakeholders to ensure collection requirements are clearly defined, operationally relevant, and aligned with mission objectives.
- Anticipate adversary actions and provide situational awareness recommendations to planners and operators.
- Identify or validate ISR collection and dissemination system requirements to ensure integration of new and existing capabilities within USAF ISR programs.
- Plan and direct semi-complex to complex ISR operations, applying conventional and innovative methodologies to accomplish mission objectives.
- Advise planners and operators across multi-domain disciplines and provide senior-level recommendations on collection operations development, strategy, and ISR capability integration.
- Support USAFCENT F2T development efforts and integrate collection priorities with Intelligence Community partners to enhance analytic and operational outcomes.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience using USAF Collection Management tools.
- Experience with national and theater collection management systems and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience developing collections-based solutions to complex analytic problems.
- Experience developing intelligence collection plans across multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Working knowledge of Intelligence Community automated collection strategies.
- Applied understanding of Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).
- Experience reviewing, validating, and tasking intelligence requirements within a defined AOR.
- Ability to integrate ISR capabilities across multi-intelligence disciplines in support of operational planning.
- Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across USAFCENT, USCENTCOM, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience supporting USAFCENT or USCENTCOM operations.
- Experience supporting F2T development efforts against adversary SSM targets.
- Experience integrating national and theater collection priorities.
- Joint operational experience.
Bachelor's Degree or six (6) years of USAF experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Potential for occasional travel.
- TS/SCI.
