Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 administrative support for local and deployed users.
- Monitor for and provide distribution (via existing software tools) of written notifications of authorized service interruptions, notices to airmen (NOTAMs), and communication tasking orders (CTOs).
- Review and correct/provide corrective guidance regarding document formatting and requirements adherence.
- Track acknowledgement and compliance of customer sites with distributed administrative documents.
- Provide updates to the customer regarding status changes of existing ASIs.
- Produce and compile customer site information daily for leadership briefings.
- Manage customer access to document tracking tools.
- Provide training to contractor and military personnel.
- Support creation of daily AFCENT communication status report as required.
- Maintain Heads‑Up Display (HUD) tickets to coordinate with sites to track unscheduled outages at the site level.
- Provide General Networking support.
- Provide LAN support.
- Provide WAN Enterprise support.
- Provide technical and general O&M support as required.
- Provide documentation/reports support as required.
- Provide meetings/briefings support as required.
- Provide functional training support as required.
- Provide OCONUS deployment/TDY travel support as required.
- Provide CONUS TDY support as required.
- 3 or more years’ relevant experience.
- LAN and WAN Enterprise support experience.
- Must possess experience and demonstrate an understanding of Microsoft Server installation, roles, Active Directory, storage, performance management, and maintenance.
- Secret clearance required.
- CCNA
- ITIL Foundation (candidate has up to 60 days to acquire ITIL Foundation certification)
