A newly acquired, 6,000 sq. ft. outpatient therapy clinic in Sumter is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its growing rehab team. Backed by a leading not-for-profit health system with 8 hospitals across the region, this hospital-affiliated but standalone setting offers a rare blend of clinical freedom, collaborative culture, and long-term career stability.

• Spacious, modern 6,000 sq. ft. outpatient therapy gym in a dedicated, standalone building

• Hospital-affiliated for stability, but not located inside a hospital — no inpatient duties or hospital constraints

• Flexible scheduling with no weekend coverage required

• No productivity requirements and no pressure to double-book

• Manageable caseload: 12–16 patients per day

• 30-minute treatment sessions / 60-minute evaluations

• Collaborative team of 5 full-time OTs and 10 total therapy staff

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $7,500 relocation assistance

• 20 days of PTO plus full benefits
