Regional Admissions Representative
Location:
Sumter, South Carolina
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel:
Willing to travel within the designated service area; flexible schedule as needed.
The Regional Admissions Representative is responsible for growing enrollment in USC Palmetto College online degree completion programs through active recruitment activities within the designated service area in Sumter, SC.
Responsibilities- Recruit prospective students into the USC Palmetto College degree completion program from an assigned campus and geographic region.
- Develop new inquiries through outreach to local Palmetto College campus students, technical college representatives, students, and business/community leaders; manage prospects through engagement activities and communication to support the application process.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards and compliance with state and federal accreditation requirements and university regulations.
- Conduct weekly follow-up activities with prospective students to ensure successful matriculation; log all interactions using the CRM system.
- Accurately present degree pathways, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students and stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment and enrollment events such as open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, and career days.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
