FLOATING BRANCH SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Safe Federal Credit Union seeks an enthusiastic, outgoing specialist to support member services across all branch locations. The role requires flexible travel, strong customer focus, and the ability to perform teller, loan, and service duties at any location on short notice.

• Sell and cross-sell credit union products and services in person and via call lists to meet assigned goals.
• Act as a Credit Union Representative in the field, traveling to designated locations to provide services to members.
• Perform essential functions of a Cash Teller, Member Service Center Teller, Member Service Representative, and Loan Interviewer at all assigned branch locations.
• Travel to, and return from, all credit union locations as required.
• Counsel members within the scope of knowledge when necessary.
• Assist with other member service functions and support colleagues as needed.

Outgoing, enthusiastic, conscientious, and group oriented with a willingness to adapt. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Comply with Privacy Act, OFAC, and Bank Secrecy/Patriot Act procedures. Annual training will be provided; non‑compliance may result in termination and federal penalties.

High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years of related experience. Equivalent education and experience acceptable. Must be proficient with the credit union's computer system for basic input/output tasks.

Base branch location: 1970 McCray's Mill Rd, Sumter, SC 29150. Salary range: $53,000.00–$78,000.00. Position is full‑time, entry level. Referrals are encouraged.
