What You'll Be Doing
- Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
- Maintains and updates customer files in SAP, including name or address changes
- Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions, statement of accounts, credits and other billing related issues.
- Processes and creates customer credits as needed.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy.
- Strong ability to work with financial data and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting needs.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborative, team-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
- Office-based role requiring regular use of computers and standard accounting software.
- Work includes periods of independent analysis and coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Competitive base salary, $20.49 per hour to $25.27 per hour.
