Job Summary
Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

Key Responsibilities- Receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods accurately in a factory or warehouse environment.
- Check incoming goods for damage and discrepancies with invoices; sort, label, and store products efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing goods according to orders, using manual or automated equipment.
- Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, report hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Perform quality checks, identify non-conforming material, and report issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform routine housekeeping, equipment care, and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, skilled trades, and support staff.
- Participate in training and contribute to process improvements, safety initiatives, and material flow efficiency.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines under supervision.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, and order fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling, labeling, and storing goods.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability in all tasks.
Education, Licenses,
Certifications:
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
