Nabisco Merchandiser​/Order Writer

About the Role

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International. This position focuses on stocking store shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring product availability for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and build promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capture pictures of displays, and document store conditions.
• Use an iPad Tablet to order product for shelves and displays, ensuring in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with store managers to Mondelēz’ management team and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the Merchandising Manager to maximize in‑store service efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in store with a positive, upbeat attitude.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude that can work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs while moving products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Bonney Lake, WA; secondary location:
  Sumner, WA.
• Schedule availability: 5:00 am–6:00 am start time; open availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
