Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard

• Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
• Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
• Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
• Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
• Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• A high school diploma or equivalen
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
• Yieldstar
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.

In addition to a variety of excellent benefits, the hourly range for this role is $23-$25/hr actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
