Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Gate Checks

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.;
Control access at entrances and designated points by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, directing deliveries, and documenting entries and exits per site requirements.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior spaces, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and local emergency services when required.;
Complete timely reports and logs, communicate observations during shift turnover, and monitor cameras and/or other systems as assigned to support security-related operations.
