Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $19.35/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access control points and visitor entry processes, checking identification and/or authorization when required, and documenting access activity per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting management and/or local authorities as directed, and completing required notifications.;
Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation; report maintenance issues, hazards, and irregular conditions to appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
