Project Manager NA Skin Health

Hybrid

The Supply Chain Co‑op is responsible for gaining hands‑on experience in supply‑chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on‑the‑job training. This role will be hybrid based at Summit, NJ.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize supply‑chain processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Support the development and implementation of supply‑chain strategies to meet business objectives.
• Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply‑chain function.
• Support supply‑chain operations and coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees.

• Legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
• Actively enrolled, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, and at least a sophomore.
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Engineering).
• Eligible to complete a 6‑month co‑op term at Summit, NJ headquarters from March 2026 to September 2026 (40 hours per week).
• Strong interest in supply‑chain management.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative (strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V‑Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven leadership ability.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist.
• Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain software and tools is a plus.

• Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges: $20.00 - $45.00.
