Litigation Associate; Hybrid

Innovative Driven is seeking a Litigation Associate to join the team at a New Jersey-based boutique law firm client. If you are a highly-motivated litigation attorney, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to build long-term client relationships while sharpening your craft in a fast-paced litigation environment!

LOCATION: Summit, NJ or Tinton Falls, NJ

JOB TYPE: Full-Time;
Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Conduct depositions and argue motions
• Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials
• Represent businesses and individuals in commercial and employment related litigation disputes
• Litigate restrictive covenant matters and intellectual property matters
• Handle disputes involving data breaches, privacy issues, and technology-related claims, as well as shareholder, member, and partnership conflicts

• Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• A minimum of three years’ experience of litigation, preferably in commercial, employment, or complex business disputes
• Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred
