What You Will DoAs the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the US Self Care team, you will partner strategically with the Brand Growth team to drive consumer‑driven business growth through deep consumer understanding, advanced analytics and external market knowledge.
- Identify challenges and opportunities, formulate business questions, and design effective solutions.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and stories that propel sustainable growth.
- Translate consumer insights and category knowledge into actionable intelligence that identifies and addresses consumer opportunities.
- Leverage macro‑trend analysis and market, consumer, and competitive landscape insights to diagnose business performance and address focus areas.
- Supervise vendor partners, anticipate and resolve complex project issues, and proactively manage priorities.
- Develop research audits and integrated learning plans to identify knowledge gaps and address key business issues.
- Lead syndicated and panel analyses, integrating multiple data sources into coherent analysis for concrete recommendations.
- Apply analytics to understand business drivers, predict growth, and ensure insights translate into business توسط.
- Integrate diverse vegetarian data sources, interpret findings, and recommend feasible actions aligned with key business partners.
- Design research tools and methods to assess business issues, and act as an authority on research design and interpretation.
- Partner across functions to manage complex business issues and build consensus.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of managerial‑level experience in an insights role.
- At least 8 years overall consumer and shopper insights experience.
- OTC experience preferred.
- Broad experience with consumer research methods, agency partners, and business applications.
- Familiarity with digital analytics, data science, and advanced analytical techniques.
- Ability to connect the dots, craft compelling narratives, and bias for action.
- Analytical thinking, clear communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated influence acrossမ upper management to inform decision‑making.
Annual base salary ranges from $152,150 to $214,800 depending on location, skills, experience, and education.
