Lead end‑to‑end “modules” of BCG projects, delivering strategic digital and technology solutions. You will develop deep knowledge in selected domains, create change strategies, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and coach junior team members while contributing as an individual consultant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and execute technology programs that align with client strategy.
• Build digital transformation roadmaps covering analytics, cloud, data governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Orchestrate multi‑vendor technical delivery, including cost‑take‑まして
• Advise on cloud migration, GenAI integration, and platform modernization.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous development.

• Collaborators who build alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to navigate unclear paths.
• Change agents who facilitate adoption of new processes and tools.

• Agile advocates who employ Agile practices to tackle complex challenges.

Deep expertise in 2‑3 key areas such as:

• Digital strategy: analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, data management, architecture, product management.
• Technology program delivery: roadmaps, assessments, vendor ecosystem management, cost optimisation, platform design.
• Cloud migration, GenAI, and platform transformation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, CS, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5‑8 years of IT/ERP consulting, software development, or product implementation experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years at a leading consulting firm on technology or strategy engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• GenAI tool fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and validation of responses.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% depending on client needs.
