Business Systems Analyst – Bristol Myers Squibb

The role supports and implements SAP S/4

HANA solutions as part of the Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst team. Responsibilities include collaborating with business process teams, liaising between third‑party support and end users, documenting system requirements, writing test scripts, and troubleshooting within the SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules.

• Contribute to strategy sessions and help guide business management in their use of SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Work with department leadership to create an open dialog, determine issues and derive enhancement priorities.
• Continuously scout for business process improvements and support the business in achieving high productivity.
• Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
• Translate business requirements into solutions, ensuring a working solution in SAP S/4
  
  HANA or third‑party applications.
• Troubleshoot business processes in various modules, provide resolution and improvements.
• Walk customers through problem‑solving processes, follow up to ensure issues resolved.
• Train users and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions utilizing SDLC and project‑management methodologies.
• Apply change‑management methodology, ensure documentation complete for system changes.
• Partner with vendors and third‑party support teams to resolve system issues and develop enhancements.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical SAP S/4
  
  HANA issues, collaborating with analysts, project leads, and IT team.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, facilitate and execute end‑user acceptance testing.
• Assist with development, implementation, and management of policies, processes, and standards within the environment.
• Assist with creating training documentation.
• Be responsive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment requiring minimum downtime and high customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong skills in SAP S/4
  
  HANA EBS, customer service, communications, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated communication and independent work abilities, plus positive team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Adaptability to constantly changing manufacturing environment and quick learning of new system solutions.

  HANA systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or equivalent work experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience leading systems implementation using SDLC and project‑management methodologies.
• Prior experience in regulated industry; FDA preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
