What You Will DoThe Technology Services Operations Portfolio Manager will take charge of day‑to‑day system operations, drive technology initiatives, and align solutions with business goals. The role includes leading teams, managing resources, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Office Workflow – ensure portfolio tasks move forward, identify bottlenecks, and manage timely delivery.
- Track budget, latest thinking, purchase orders and spends for projects.
- Coordinate funding transfers between countries.
- Submit purchase order requests and follow up with approvers.
- Prepare and respond to capitalization reports and finance reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot invoice and capitalization issues.
- Submit monthly capital in‑process and open PO responses.
- Partner with Architecture & regional leads to track budgets/expenses and submit purchases.
- Prepare and submit global capital requests.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, business or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology services management.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale technology programs and diverse global teams.
- Strong proficiency in portfolio management tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
- In‑depth understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into technology solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of people management, including talent development and succession planning.
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes through technology integration and innovation.
- Expertise translating business objectives into actionable technology operations strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement and agile thinking.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging IT architectures and their business impacts.
- Experience leading complex projects, managing financials and mitigating risks in a global environment.
- Strong strategic acumen with cross‑functional enterprise collaboration experience.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation.
- Experience driving innovation and operational excellence in technology service delivery.
Annual base salary range: $124,100 – $175,200.
