Patient Care Coordinator

Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider in the Northeast, seeks a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience.

Base pay: $35,360.00/yr - $43,680.00/yr. Hourly: $17-$21 per hour, based on experience.

• Greet patients and answer phones.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Complete new patient registration and data entry.
• Discuss insurance benefits, authorization requirements, and payment responsibilities.
• Collect patient balances (copay, deductible, coinsurance).
• Perform standard day-to-day clinical administrative tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
