This is an on-site Cosmetologist role located in Summit, NJ. As a Cosmetologist at Esperanza Salon & Spa, you will provide exceptional hair, skin, and beauty services tailored to the needs of our clients. Daily tasks include styling, cutting, coloring, and treating hair as well as offering haircare and scalp treatments and consultations. Ensuring clients  satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are key responsibilities.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments
• Skilled in haircare services and basic color application
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of salon operations and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety
• Valid cosmetology license in the state of New Jersey
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Professional demeanor, a detail-oriented mindset, and passion for the beauty industry
