Job Description

Responsibilities- Triage client requests and refer to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Develop and present financial plans including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Mitigate and control daily risk activities and provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
This position requires SAFE Act registration. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
ScheduleMonday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
- At least one year experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- At least one year experience in financial services or sales environment with meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong relationship building, effective communication, goal setting, ability to prioritize tasks, and efficient time management.
- Thorough incorporation of regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- At least three years experience in financial services or sales environment.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Obtained insurance licenses.
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.

Pay TransparencyAnnualized salary range $70,000 – $80,000. Eligible for formula incentive plan. Benefits eligible.
