Shift Details

• Full-time employee will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Sunday - Saturday
• Shifts and days might vary based on business needs

We have two Full-Time Shifts available:

• Morning Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 3:00pm

• Mid-Day Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 11:00am - 7:00pm

Minimum Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
• Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses).
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
• May assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or way finding as needed.
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service

About You You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.

You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Qualifications About The Job Our Hospitality and Valet Team plays a crucial role in shaping the first and last impressions of patients and guests during their hospital visits, allowing them to make a significant impact every day. This team understands that people come first, embodying exceptional customer service in their interactions with patients, guests, and hospital staff. • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
• Person must have their own form of reliable transportation and live within 20 - 30 minutes of the healthcare facility
• Must have at least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
• Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses)
• Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learn new software that may be applied to daily tasks
