We have an opening for a Strategic Growth Consultant in our Summit, NJ office.
This is primarily a Relationship Management role focused on working with our affiliated Independent Financial Advisors. You will have broad exposure to multiple internal departments with a primary focus on Relationship Management, Organic Sales Growth and Business Consulting to help our Financial Advisors grow their business. We are seeking an individual who is a strong relationship builder with great communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced and evolving organization.
Our ideal candidate is self‑motivated, consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads, and has a passion for making a positive impact with our Independent Financial Advisors. Strong Industry experience with ability to coach and educate Advisors based on that experience is required.

Business Consulting to our Independent Financial Advisors, inbound and outbound Advisor Relationship Management, Advisor Practice Development, Sales enablement, Advisor Education & Coaching, Project Management, Webinars and Practice Management.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison and partner for affiliated Financial Advisors, ensuring an optimal client experience and maximum utilization of the Simplicity Wealth platform, products, and services.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of Advisor practices to provide tailored solutions to help maximize all aspects of their business and bridge gaps between current and desired goals.
- Responsible for driving organic Advisor growth by offering expertise in practice management: including strategy, financial planning, operations, lead generation, investment strategies, & marketing.
- Assist in the design and creation of resources to help support Advisor development.
- Collaborate, coach, and answer Advisor questions via phone, e‑mail, and video, handling high levels of inbound/outbound Advisor calls and interactions.
- Lead regular educational webinars on best practices and Platform tools.
- Ensure seamless Advisor support and resolution of issues in partnership with other internal teams and Advisor Development Consultants (ADCs).
- Drive Advisor satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by ensuring successful platform integration and promoting the adoption of Simplicity solutions and coaching programs.
- Provide ongoing reporting of Advisor metrics and progress in conjunction with other internal teams.
- Actively facilitate Advisor connections with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Maintain extensive and regular communication with affiliated Advisors, ADCs, and internal partners/stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce and other core technologies to accurately report, track, and manage all client engagements, activities, and opportunities.
- Lead, manage, or actively participate in the assessment, and research for strategic company initiatives as assigned by management.
- Provide training, mentorship, and education to other business consulting team members and internal staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the function, services, and support offered.
- Bachelor’s Degree, with an advanced degree or financial designations, preferred.
- 3+ years of relationship management, wholesaler, and /or business consulting experience.
- 6+ years broad business and/or sales experience.
- 7+ years in the financial services / wealth management industry (Required).
- Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, RIA, Broker Dealer, Insurance, or Annuity producer.
- Deep investment and product knowledge, and the ability to articulate complex ideas.
- Strong familiarity with wealth management services and/or practice management.
- RIA or previous Financial Advisor experience highly valued.
- Time & Priority Management: Well-developed organizational and project management skills. Proven ability to self‑direct, manage time, and deliver against tight deadlines.
