We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented professional to join our welcoming team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, values organization, and takes pride in creating smooth experiences for colleagues and clients.
In this position, you'll provide essential onboarding and tech support to our agents while coordinating training, events, and internal communication. If you're the kind of person who finds joy in service, consistency, and collaboration, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
- Agent Onboarding & Support:
Guide new agents through a thoughtful and welcoming onboarding process that sets them up for long-term success. - Technology Training:
Offer patient, step-by-step support to agents as they learn and adopt real estate tech platforms. - Relationship Building:
Build strong, positive connections with agents and staff through dependable communication and a helpful attitude. - Marketing Support:
Assist with social media and marketing content using digital tools such as Canva. - Event & Training Coordination:
Manage our training and events calendar. Prepare the space and materials to ensure each event runs smoothly. - Orientation Facilitation:
Lead our weekly orientation sessions in a friendly and engaging manner. - Office Organization:
Keep the office and training areas organized and ready for visitors and classes. - Customer
Experience:
Provide warm, thoughtful service that creates a welcoming environment for all agents. - Collaboration & Flexibility:
Be ready to support new projects as our company evolves—your adaptability is appreciated!
- Technology Fluent:
Proficiency with Canva Pro, Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office are a must. - Customer Care:
