Salary: $19.00 + $1.25 Shift Differential/hour

Position Summary: At Thorne, our warehouse team is a very important part of our operations. Our hourly warehouse material handler roles offer hands-on experience in a clean, safe, and innovative warehouse environment with opportunities to grow and develop. Whether you re receiving deliveries, moving materials using forklift, reach trucks, order pickers, conducting inventory counts, or putting up finished goods ensuring products meet our strict quality standards, every team member plays a critical role in delivering trusted solutions to our customers.

This application is for 2nd Shift positions, 3:00pm-11:30pm plus overtime as required to meet business needs.

• Receive deliveries and move materials using forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Put away finished goods and maintain order integrity; prepare pallets for distribution.
• Accurately and efficiently pick and shrink-wrap pallets for distribution.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to safely work with ingredients and products derived from potentially allergenic sources (e.g., nuts, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish).
• Ability to pick a wide variety of orders accurately and quickly, following company procedures.
• Maintain order integrity while efficiently handling carts, pallets, and packing orders.
• Accurately and efficiently build and shrink-wrap pallets for distribution.

• Must be able to work an entire 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift, standing as required.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position and move about unassisted.
• Must be able to operate and use assigned equipment and machinery safely and carefully.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed during a shift.
• Must be able to operate, activate, use, prepare, and clean equipment, occasionally grasping with force and using twisting wrist movements.
• Must be able to hear and converse with managers/supervisors and other employees.
• Must be able to see and read small print.
• Must be able to work in a moderate noise level environment.
• Must be able to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted; assistance is required for items over 50 pounds.
• Must have sufficient range of motion to reach overhead and to the side; may ascend/descend a ladder carrying up to 20 pounds on occasion.
