Build the systems that protect schools, airports, and communities across the Low country. A fast-growing commercial systems integration team is expanding in the Charleston area and hiring Access Control & Low Voltage Technicians immediately. With 13,000+ hours of work already scheduled through 2026

• Steady local work throughout Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester counties
• Large, high-profile projects (airport, school districts, county buildings)
• 4-day workweek (7:00-5:30);
  Fridays only when needed

• Field Supervisor Junior Project Manager Project Manager

• Installing & servicing access control systems
• Running structured cabling (Cat5/Cat6, fiber, low voltage)
• Installing door hardware (electrified locks, readers, strikes, crash bars)
• Supporting VMS / camera installations (IP & analog)
• Working in schools, government facilities, and airport environments
• Maintaining clean, professional, and safe jobsites
• Airport project expected to run 3-6 months. Techs meet at a central location and ride together in a company van.

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• (on time, presentable, team-oriented, cleans up after yourself)
• Hands-on experience or strong mechanical/technical aptitude
• Commercial jobsite experience

• 3-5 years of access control or low-voltage experience
• OR 2+ years of commercial cable installation experience (training provided)
• Experience with access control platforms such as:
  Lenel, S2, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon
• Experience installing commercial door hardware
• Electrical or installer experience

• You provide basic hand tools
• Company supplies specialized tools, PPE, and vans
• Team rides are provided when traveling to larger project sites

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Summerville, SC.
