General Laborer

Location: Summerville, SC.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility with start times).
Pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience; higher for plumbing experience).

About the Role: Bridges Staffing is seeking reliable Laborers with valid Driver's Licenses to join our growing team in Charleston. This hands-on position supports a variety of construction and maintenance projects, including assisting with plumbing-related tasks, transporting materials, and helping keep job sites organized and running smoothly.

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have some hands-on experience, and are ready to contribute to a hardworking, supportive team.

• Assist with general labor and construction site tasks.
• Support plumbing installation and repairs under supervision.
• Load, transport, and unload materials using company vehicles.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior plumbing or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some flexibility for travel).
• Willingness to complete a short, 1-week trial period.
