Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to our team s success. This position entails providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use an energetic demeanor to sell the visit, persuading potential customers to engage with our automotive services. Through effective communication, you will build strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.
Additionally, you will conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency to ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71
Responsibilities- Operating as a motivated sales individual.
- Building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
- Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and handling complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
- Must have a valid automobile driver s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
