Responsibilities- Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements, and conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations; stand or walk for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are potential.
- Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Support and participate in company processes and initiatives (We Count – people, technology, and process).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
- Ability to show up, stay disciplined, and push for accuracy and consistency.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is helpful; training provided if no inventory experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfort using handheld scanners or count tools; strong attention to detail; reliable attendance.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and/or late nights.
- Competitive pay with potential wage increases based on productivity up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
- Referral bonuses: $200 for each referred friend.

This position requires standing for extended periods, potential walking, repetitive motions with hands/wrists, kneeling or crouching, occasional ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs, and travel including overnight stays as needed.
