• $52,000 Average Annual Base Salary paid Hourly

• Responsible for day-to-day store operations, including food operations, maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising employees.
• Learn to promote store profitability, maintain brand standards, execute marketing programs, manage expenses, monitor inventory levels, and control shortages; adhere to and enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Direct and coordinate staff to provide an excellent customer experience and ensure customers come first with staff dedicated to satisfying their needs.
• Maximize store sales and profits by operating within established budgets with pride, enthusiasm, and determination.
• Lead team members within the store to create an open and inviting atmosphere for all customers.
• Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure the right staffing to meet customer needs.

• Complete computer-based training for newly hired employees
• Complete Serv Safe Training and become certified
• Complete an average 4-6 weeks of Food and Beverage training
• Complete an average of 4-6 weeks of Retail operations training
