Retail Store Manager – SUMMERVILLE | Azalea Square Blvd

Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) is the leader of a Retail Team that brings the brand to life. RSMs live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, leading by example as brand ambassadors. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the first focus, and build meaningful connections with customers.

They uncover customer needs and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through their shopping journey, ensuring a seamless transition across online, customer‑care, and in‑store channels.
  • Offer hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology available in-store.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to new program implementation.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and emerging IoT devices.
  • Maintain the store at its best through daily operations, product displays, and customer interactions.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
  • Build and nurture relationships with cross‑channel employees, including business and customer‑service partners.
  • Own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless environment.
  • Identify and handoff small‑business leads.
  • Share best practices and drive team performance while fostering a positive work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership and competitive drive, thriving in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to lead team and share best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
  • Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Wireless sales experience
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full‑time (45 hours) availability
