This is a full-time, on-site Realtor role based in Summerville, SC. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting property listings, connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends. The Realtor will also collaborate closely with clients to understand their real estate needs while adhering to company standards and industry practices.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (required).
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets, with knowledge of market trends and property valuations.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
• Sales capabilities, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Charleston real estate market and suburbs, including Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, and Colleton Counties, is advantageous.
• Previous real estate experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
