Salary:
1st shift: $19.00/hour
3rd shift: $19.00 + $1.25 Shift differential

Position Summary: At Thorne, our warehouse team is a key part of operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a clean, safe, and innovative warehouse environment with opportunities to grow. You may receive deliveries, move materials using forklift or pallet jack, pick orders, and ensure products meet strict quality standards, contributing to delivering trusted solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities- Assist with receiving deliveries and moving materials using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ensure order integrity and neatness when handling carts, pallets, and packing materials.
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets for distribution as required.
This application is for 1st and 3rd Shift positions, 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday with overtime as needed.
What you need- Minimum high school diploma or GED required. Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to safely work with ingredients and products from potentially allergenic sources (nuts, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish).
- Accurately and quickly pick a wide variety of orders following all company procedures.
- Maintain order integrity while efficiently handling carts, pallets, and packing orders neatly.
- Accurately and efficiently build and shrink-wrap pallets for distribution.
- Must be able to work an entire 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift while standing.
- Must be able to work in a stationary position and move about as needed.
- Must be able to operate and use assigned equipment and machinery safely.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed during a shift.
- Must be able to operate, activate, use, prepare, and clean equipment, with occasional twisting of the wrist.
- Must be able to hear and communicate with managers, supervisors, and other employees.
- Must be able to see and read small print.
- Must be able to work in a moderate noise level environment.
- Must be able to move or lift up to 50 pounds unassisted from table or pallet; assistance is required for items over 50 pounds.
- Must have sufficient range of motion to reach overhead and to the side, often repetitively.
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders while carrying up to 20 pounds of materials.
