Facilities Maintenance Associate

Sportsman Boats is looking for a Facilities Associate to join our maintenance department. This person is responsible for daily cleanup of materials and chemicals within and outside of the plant.

• Clean office areas, break rooms, and bathrooms according to daily / weekly / monthly schedule
• Must be a team member willing to assist others in the maintenance department
• Self starter, go-getter, positive attitude, a sense of urgency to complete a job
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Stable work history

• This position requires working outside and wearing proper PPE as necessary.
• Requires lifting, standing, kneeling, bending – getting on and off forklift up to 10 hours per day
