Pay Rate: $46 - $50 / hr

Hours: 7am – 4pm Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as Project Manager? You’ll be:

• Leading multiple construction projects from inception through completion, reporting to senior management.
• Facilitating stakeholder project planning sessions and setting project performance goals.
• Designing project plans, coordinating tasks, and monitoring budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identifying and resolving project issues while managing risks with industry quality tools.
• Utilizing Excel and Smartsheets for project tracking, documentation, and invoice management.
• Leading meetings and collaborating with diverse team members to achieve project objectives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management (must have).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent project management experience (preferred, but experience considered).
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excel at communication and teamwork, with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, and project management documentation.
