What You’ll Accomplish- Support the Community Manager in the daily business operations and upholding the community standards as required by the governing documents, the CCMC management contract, and applicable laws
- Conduct monthly inspections using online programs to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly, and ensure common area safety and cleanliness
- Supply information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of association living and the impact of the Deed Restrictions
- Provide oversight of projects as directed by the Community Manager, acting as liaison to service contractors and vendors
- Be the onsite point of contact for assessment collections and be responsible for monitoring payment arrangements
- Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives regarding the collection of assessments
- Work directly with the Design Review Committee in the performance of the Design Review process
- Oversee certain site staff and grounds services teams
- Engage in daily interaction with community residents and committee volunteers
- Attend board and committee meetings
- Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- At least 2 years in an office environment, preferably in community management or related experience
- 2–3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with superior telephone etiquette and a commitment to the highest customer service possible
- A multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
- Stable means of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (standard mileage reimbursement is provided)
- Availability to work a full-time schedule with the capacity to occasionally work after hours and on weekends
- All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record check, and background check
- CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia, and Nevada within 90 days of hire)
The role requires a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you will operate, a clean motor vehicle report, and current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance.

Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions. We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and periodically thereafter to ensure employees maintain satisfactory driving status
