We’re seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep to support and manage commercial client accounts with a high level of service. This role is ideal for someone with commercial insurance experience who enjoys relationship-based work. You will work closely with producers, carriers, and clients in a team-oriented environment.

- Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and coverage inquiries
- Serve as the primary liaison with carriers and underwriters to manage submissions, negotiate terms, and resolve coverage issues
- Review policies and documentation for accuracy and compliance with carrier guidelines
- Identify coverage gaps, exposure changes, and support renewal strategy discussions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive service
- Active insurance license required
- One to three years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Solid knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier requirements
- Clear, professional communication skills with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
