Job Description Summary

The Courier Operations Associate I reports to the Courier Operations Program Coordinator. Under general supervision, this role is responsible for courier transport and transport documentation within the MUHA Courier Operations Department. The position serves as the front line of communication and interaction with the department’s internal and external customers.
