Community Access Attendant

Primarily responsible to serve as gate host to ensure all guests are welcome to the community and direct them accordingly.

• Welcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations.
• Give appropriate direction to visitors.
• Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles.
• Register visitors/vehicles as necessary.
• Complete all entry system documentation as required.
• Monitor gates for maintenance related issues.
• Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.)
• Performs other related duties as directed.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage.
• Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.

• Sitting/standing at community access gate workstation, walking throughout community as needed for patrol inspections.

High School or better.

High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of full time, paid, professional experience working in a people facing customer service role. Must have a polished and professional appearance and attitude.
