• Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year (DOE).
• Commission Opportunities:
  Potential to earn an additional $30,000+ annually based on sales performance.
• First-Year Income Potential: $80,000 or more for motivated, high-performing individuals.

A+ Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and personable Service Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless, professional, and positive experience from start to finish. • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the service process.
• Provide strategic solutions and advice to customers regarding repairs and services.
• Manage scheduling, estimates, and follow-up calls with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members and take direction effectively to meet company goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be personable and approachable.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to handle challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and work as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required.
