Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven professional who is passionate about planning, coordination, and delivering high‑quality work on time and on budget.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll partner closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and executives to ensure every project runs smoothly from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans
• Review labor costs weekly to ensure budget alignment
• Monitor field productivity, quality, cost control, and safety
• Coordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, and project planning
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage material buyouts and ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules
• Track project performance, progress, and documentation
• Attend internal and client meetings to support project needs
• Manage contract logs, change notices, and closeout documentation
• Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
• Provide executive management with regular project updates

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, and construction methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed
