Staff access control points by verifying identity and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, managing key and/or badge control as assigned, and documenting entries and exits per site requirements;
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor for and report unusual conditions near entry gates, loading areas, and restricted zones to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving alarms and/or calls for assistance, communicating with site contacts, and escalating notifications as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, perimeter routes, and critical infrastructure locations
