Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
- Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance.
- Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure timely completion.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with a patient‑centric approach.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
- Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
- Manage a queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training.
- Adhere to core company values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide clinic orientation.
- Assist new employees with learning activities and training.

- Maintain professional credibility and a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position as specified.
- Comply with company standards of operations.

- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- PRN employees: minimum 4 shifts per month.
- Full‑time employees: 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
- On‑call periodic responsibilities throughout the year.
- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience: 1–2 years as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice) strongly preferred.
