Operations Manager Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects to make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

• Oversee the execution and completion of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and satisfaction of customer requirements.
• Manage revenue and profit and loss for assigned projects.
• Supervise and develop staff, coordinate facilities and equipment, and oversee dispatch operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies; promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties
• Mechanical aptitude
• MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet familiarity;
  Wynne system experience is a plus
• Project management skills

The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. • Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $97,317.00

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees. This package includes:
