Service Technician

Farm Country, Inc. has the following career opportunity for a qualified individual seeking employment in the equipment dealer industry.

Location: Farm Country, Inc. – Sulphur Springs, TX

Reports to: Service Manager

• Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment. Employees would see a diversification of work including, but not limited to, diesel engines, hydrostat diagnostics, electrical schematics, and more.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
• Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Proper tools to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Computer skills are preferred.
• Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as a team member.

• Strong mechanical skills;
  Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
